Just started an endurance walking regimen recently. I’m 2 months post op from spinal surgery, so I’m walking to gain some core strength back into my life. Had a brand new pair of 574’s I decided to whip out the box for this particular activity. The 574 seems to be a great walking shoe thus far. Got about 90 miles in them so far & they’re just breaking in. It’s a good shoe & it’s a good value 💯

Good shoes, but found the sizing weird. Had to get 0.5 size larger than my other NB shoes. So 11.5 instead of 11. VERY snug, and the tongue is thin which adds to discomfort after a while. I also read the black color is particularly small, like a whole size smaller. Bad batch out there maybe??

What's the difference beetwen N reflective and not

The reflective N lights up in a dark setting or even when a picture is taken with flash on. If I’m not mistaken, it’s made of 3M. A good example/comparison would be the Jordan 5 tongue.

Nope, has really good grip underneath, fits real snug too
