I honestly don’t see why the hate for this pair because it’s a very fire colorway , very monotone . I think the hints of neon green are just enough for the sneaker to pop 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m glad a lot of people didn’t like this colorway cause it was easier to cop . That being said I still wasn’t able to cop on New Balance cause they sold out , & had to grab them from a smaller boutique shop . Watch these in a few years once there isn’t many pairs out in the wild will go for a lot .

Thing is that it's Patta and we were drowned in v3s in throughout the year. That elevated the bar. But looking on the bright side, it's the kind of color that at least brings something different to your rotation without going too far.

Also the hate for the neon green on this shoe… is just plain ridiculous ; I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I mean come on , so for example a sneaker like the Off White AF1 “Brooklyn “ who’s color is a neon green can get a pass? Just cause it has off white name attached to it ? 😭 I just think New Balance sometimes can’t catch a break . It’s still labeled by a lot of people as a old man’s shoe/ dad shoe . There’s still a lot of people out there who don’t respect NB as a brand , Whatever 😅 they’ll come around

These do more than many collabs. Let’s face it, the Jjjjounds could be GR’s, these do something a little different which is what you’d expect from a collab release. Let these marinate a little and in a few years people will really appreciate how good these are

For me the jjjjound olives look more refined. But these definitely have some cool highlights. Yes, I have a feeling these will age well.

I think these suffer from how popular the Olive Jjjjounds still are. The colorways are just similar enough that plenty of people are comparing the two, but imo (and I think most people's opinion) the Jjjjounds are leaps and bounds better looking. Hopefully the Pattas go to people who really like them! And I would love to see more Collabs between Patta and NB. I think I'd pass on these myself.

Yeah I agree with you, jjjjounds are definitely better. These did sell out on NB USA, which I think was expected because of the difference in price compared to the Patta website.

That green nubuck is way too contrasting and would be hard to style with for casual use. I can see these being good for the gym or running, then the bright green will give some vibrant energy to the fit. Otherwise, for lifestyle, it's not a good fit.

Not a fan of these, the bright green turned me off big time. For the rest it looks like the jjjjound colab also which are obviously much much better. Great review as always bro, keep it up! Peace ✌🏽
