If the Goblinstien is receiving a 20% nerf in HP, then that means that the ability will be able to one-shot the doctor. This means that playing a goblinstien into another goblinshien turns into a mexican standoff. "Who can time our abilities the best?" Meaning that now Goblinstien is a counter to itself! This will either double the usage rate of the goblinstien because everyone who plays goblinstien will come up against at least one person who wants to counter the goblinstien (therefore doubling the number of goblinstien players). Or this could cut the goblinstien player base in half! I personally will be within the goblinstiens circle in either senario. #GOBLINSTIEN_FOREVER!!!

No they really didnt, the point is working as log bait not to be annoying. Why should you get free damage every other cycle with absolutely 0 downsides or counter play other then a 50-50 chance? If you actually know what youre doing and arent just spamming barrels like a hardstuck challenger 3 you'll probably have a tank on both or either side or pair one side with extra support meaning you get double damage/pressure for literally free. They didnt ruin the card youre just bad at the game. But dont worry at your level people wont be properly seeing which barrel is "fake" anyways

Cards that cost 4 elixir or less now have a 3 tile cooldown for the charge, whilst cards that cost 5 or more elixir need to travel 2 tiles in order to activate the charge.

Explaining the DPS increase. Let's say that a unite deals 5 dmg and has 0.5 attack speed (2 times per second). That's 5dmg x 2hits per second =10dmg per second! Now let's say this unite gets reworked to deal 8 dmg instead of 5, but attack slower at 0.66 attack speed (3 times every 2 seconds, or 1.5 times per second) insteado of 0.5 we do the same, 8dmg x 1.5hits per second = 12dmg per second! So in this case, if we start with 10dps being 100% dps and now it deals 12dmg, we would have a 20%dps increase!

cycle decks have always been present in the game and quite healthy, balance wise. This nerf will do nothing to them because they're nerfing both beatdown and cycle at the same time. That said, is nobody gonna talk about the fact that evo Pekka is on its third nerf and evo Mega Knight is untouched, still being one of the most annoying/broken cards in the game against BOTH cycle decks and beatdown. That card was a problem BEFORE they gave it the ability to counter every win condition in the game.

I'm glad that braindead goblinstein card is getting nerfed, the doctor has so much HP and was so hard to kill especially when they have an entire deck dedicated to protecting him long enough for him to activate his no skill ability. Electro giant on the other hand is a bad balance change, there's literally no way they thought that buffing an already broken card with very few counters was a good idea. Supercell pulling a Supercell as we expected but at least that's the only real balance change that I see being an issue
