In this video we go over the New Balance Fresh Foam BB.
Cushioning is decent but the Fresh Foam X midsole does not give you an overload of softness or compression under your feet like their running shoes do. Traction is excellent, very squeaky outsole and strong grip on the hardwood. These fit true to size, but you can also choose to go down a half size for a more snug fit since the material doesn’t wrap around your feet that well. A surprise was how light these are for a mid-high top basketball shoe, and stability is really good.

At 6'4" 195, they're great all around kicks, they show their limits when playing gets athletic and aggressive. Otherwise great comfortable shoe. And loving the world cup purple and orange color like puma cleats 😂🎉

I can relate to the colour way problem ... I bought the nb two wxy V3 in the red, black, and white colour way and a few days later the all-pink and all-lime colour way came out...

I like how the socks pair with the shoes. I mean every time! Hahaha. Aesthetically it looks like Renew Elevate 3 for me. They look good. But I am not a fan of mid/high top shoes.

I had to tighten my pair a few times because i felt my feet moving in them may due to the soft foam. I fear that the foam might bottom out too quickly as i had to lace them up very tight all the time.

Yes I agree with that. So I think down a half size will work too, also the upper material does not wrap around your feet very well so it isn’t the easiest fit. I think the lateral caging helps offset some issues though 😃

Have you tried the nike rize 2? I’ve watched some of your videos and I was wondering if that shoe is wide feet friendly cause I have a pretty hard time finding shoes, specially here in japan. I normally have a 28.5 size but here in japan I jump to 31 or even sometimes 32 to get that comfort.

I think they’re decent. Stability is good, ankle support is more like average to me tbh but it’ll be better than a lot of low tops.

@@neriel0326 Pretty much everything. Better cushioning, heel compression, comfort level, slightly better traction but much better materials. Better fit as well cause these can have some dead space inside. TWO WXY V3 is one of my Top 3 best shoes from last year, so it’s not because these are bad at all.

I found the cushioning to be too tall and lacked lateral stability, especially compared to 2way v3. Even the G.T. Jump has better stability, and that is thicker.

🤔 That’s close. MB.02 is a better shoe than these, but also keep in mind that the Rick & Morty colorway is worse than other colorways performance wise from my experience, mainly due to the slight change in materials.
