New Barndominium Home Tour in NE Oklahoma 60 x 30 Beautifully designed and Constructed Metal Home. Visiting a a Friends Barndominium in NE Oklahoma | WOW the design is AMAZING!!
Today we visited our dear friends ranch and take a Barndominium Home Tour. They are building a 30 x 60 Barndominium and its almost done!! They have a very similar story, as they have been living in their camper for 9 months during their build! We can laugh and cry about it together! This Barndo will serve as their new home for a few years until they build their final home. This will become the pool house after that time.
It is a 4 bedrooms 2 bath design. bathroom has a very long vanity counter, large marble tile shower and a built in washer/dryer room. On the other side of the the home has a large pantry and shared bathroom. The bathroom also has an outside door that takes you right to the pool. In the future it will be the pool house shared bathroom for all the guests as well. The living room has white ship lap and large black sliding barn doors or all the bedrooms. The children's rooms all have large double door closets and their own desk/ make up areas with their own lights. The master has an 8 foot beautiful door to the outside and an amazing L shaped master closet. We have no inspections or permits in okmulgee county. Just the approval from the EPA for the new septic. It’s amazing to not be restricted by all the city rules.(we are from BA, it’s a different ball game out here))

HELLO! so I have been having trouble with ordering the metal structure because I don’t know the measurements of eave, pitch and wall. Could you share what yours is? It is my friends house, you would have to buy blueprints made by the actual metal building manufacture to choose all that. You get the building red iron plans, then you make indoor floor plans for the interior.

It is my friends home, I don't know :( Barndo's are hard, it just depends on where, what and how. Where, do you need water and electric ran? Concrete, gravel, driveway, steel frame of pole barn, how tall ceilings, what finishes you pick can be cheap or a million dollars :) It all just depends

They built it themselves. Generally you have a contractor for the building, then a framer, insulation, sheetrock, plumber etc...
