It's not about snyderverse but DCEU license, DCEU is still the latest DC cinematic license for movie characters, so if the toy company wants to release the most recent movie figures, they get a DCEU license. And since McFarlane and FondJoy are releasing armored Batman, then BeastKingdom wants to compete with them, simple, it's just happen to be DCEU. Fondjoy has only a DCEU license, and BK has the license to release all live action Batmen and Affleck have the most versions to sell so they are milking what they can
