A spare hut for guests where there will be ac. Someone said concrete house, more solid in case of a strong storm. If you make it 2 levels you can park 1-2 cars under... Don't know but it will be interesting to watch it unfold!

Actually you are correct Kulas. Gulay is vegetables. Mga gulay mixed together is mixed vegetables. And if bisaya called it "Lamas"- is ingredients (lamas) for a kinilaw (menu).

As you have the solar panels down is it an idea that you reconfigure them so you can have a car port. Keeping the cars under the solar panels would give you more space in your compound and keep your cars cool.😊🙏🏻

Kyle. Suggestion, before your Mom and Dad come to visit install Mr. Cool Mini Split HVAC's in one of your rooms for them! They are supposed to be DIY. This could also be used for heat stroke or other emergencies. God Bless. Also many Pinoy study the bladed arts as well such as Ancient Chinese Kung Fu called Kuntao or Malay Silat. They are extremely FAST and if necessary DEADLY. Take Care.

Whoa , Kulas....super busy gyud ang barangay diha!😳 Kalami sa ground breaking handa, and humba is life sa panimalay, hehehe! 😋😉 My guess is that another house with 3 storey will soon stand on that lot, and the 3rd floor roof top will have a 360 degrees view deck balcony with a more solid tough roofing , equipped with dining set for 12 and with a lot of seating sofas , bean bags, large throw pillows, blankets, banigs and chairs , large fridge and with a mini bar for cold drinks and with unlimited supplies of snacks in a large cabinet. Hehehe! 😁😉And maybe a bluish turquoise large swimming pool on the other side of the lot. 🏊 🏊‍♀️ And maybe a 5 car garage with a cool roofing , and a secure tool shed where you guys can park your motorcycles and store all of your surfing and paddle boards and other tools and equipments, hmmm... and maybe a bonfire area for chilling time and bbq and kantahan party! 🤔 😁👍💪 beach house is so cool! 🏡 🏝 🏖 ... that and those and more. I over planned it again, Hehehe! 🤣😆👍👍🎉 Congratulations sa ground breaking guys! Mama Rose is the Queen of the shore. She has all my love and respect. I hope your solar panels aren't attached in series. If so, one panel covered means ALL of the panels won't produce energy. Attach you panels in SERIES if they will never be shaded and in PARREL if they get shaded during the day. That will increase our power. Also get a battery in case of brown out if your grid tied.

@@generosoabiul7577 twas just a joke like all pinoys does, just a fun reaction , laughs is super natural reaction and not to disrespect him at all. We always do that to anyone esp with closest friends, and not to put down people. Apart of it is barkadas kantyawanay lang, but respect is still pretty solid of course. It’s so light to just laugh out at our mistakes sometimes and just chill. We make lots of ‘em around the corner. And Kulas is used to that already, and he isn’t sensitive to it anymore, he asked sometimes if he doesn’t get the jokes and he is still learning everyday about our ways and everything else for that matter. I think he doesn’t get offended as much anymore, lol 😆 So don’t worry much. He is cool and he is up to it . 😁
