🌽 LENTIL + VEGETABLE SOUP 🌽 1 Onion 1 Carrot 1 Leek 1 Potato 15ml Olive Oil 15ml Plain Flour 2 Stock Cubes + 600ml Boiling Water 50g Red Lentils (wash before use!) Peel and chop vegetables (not too small) Fry the vegetables EXCEPT the potatoes for 5 minutes but don't let them burn or brown, just soften! Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes Add in the stock cubes + water Add the potatoes and red lentils Put lid on and simmer for 30 minutes - stir occasionally

I use mane and tail shampoo and conditioner and honestly it has made my hair so much thicker and grown so much.. my hair has never been thick, since using mane and tail it’s helped so much! Haven’t tried the detangler though
