Negar, though you are going to your old house. Do Not give up on the incomplete house in the village. That plot of land was given by the govt for building a home with legal documentation issued. Know very well that it is difficult to obtain access to land permit to build from the govt. Therefore, you must not let this govt land and permit to slide and the govt can reclaim the village plot of land if they see you are not going to occupy it. Your old house was built on the Natural Resources Authority land and they had evicted you earlier. So, you still do not hv proper legal document or permit to occupy this old house. Be wise, Negar.
