The office chair is a Herman Miller... good money if it didn't get damaged. Maybe not a home run of a unit, but you will easily 2-3x your money with what you showed, just need to have a way to flip it fast to be worth it. Sitting on items for months is a cost in itself.

Also... check the comps on those Topps Project 2020..... a few of those are worth $40+, and a couple of them are $100+
