Hi Graham, In regards to finding a trucking mob: I used Aldinga Towing once a few months back to move a 8 tonne backhoe. I think they have larger tilt trays and low loaders looking at their website. They rocked up on time and it all went well winching the machine on. Cheers.

Graham, good luck to you in the New Year and the new shop! I've been watching your videos since finding you through watching Pete's videos. Now I look forward to Pete's, Jason's and your's next videos to drop. You all put out great videos showing quality work, with ample description of why and how you get the results that you do. I love all things mechanical. So it doesn't matter whether you are working on a car or a tank or a metal bucket. I will keep watching and enjoying your work. Good luck in the downsizing and de-cluttering of life. Thanks for all the great videos. Can't wait for more.... Cheers 🍻

Happy new year and all the best for the new workshop..... Life is forever evolving we have to make executive choices to keep going forward you will get there... I know too well about unforeseen life things happening im 37 after a very serious MVA last march has rendered me unable to work as mechanic again from a permanent shoulder injury which really sucks due to some moron using their mobile phone and plowing their Landcruiser into the stationary vehicle I was in at the intersection of beach road just by the southern expressway overpass by bunnings however I am back studying and will be heading to Uni in 2025 to be a building inspector so it will be a big change for me but as they say change can be as good as a holiday... Look forward to when you post more videos again all the best mate.

That sounds like some painful decisions were made but in reality, it's more like some truths were acknowledged. Once you get settled in to the new shed you'll feel that cathartic release from all that weight. I've had to put down the world and take a breather before the weight of it crushed me so I know what it's like. All the best for the new year and keep looking forward.

Nice new workshop. I totally get what your saying, when you have two many projects it gets overwhelming. The fact that your workshop is your source of income and you do this rust repair work all the time. I get tired working in the shed for a week 😊 Its fair to say you have a good support network of youtube friends, thats because they like what you do and who you are. So keep doing your thing, and have a happy new year 😊

Hi mate completely understand ur position u urself can see where u stand financially and tough decisions have to be made. As a ford lover it would have been nice to see the xw finished and even the eh. Ur viewers love ur work regardless of what ur working on. These cars would not have the chance to be what they are today without u and now have a future because of u. Keep doing what you’re doing and making the tough decisions when needed that are right for you. As an idea if u have contact with the new owners of key cars in ur videos that are sold off can u share pictures of them when they are completed. Take care looking forward to ur next videos

In my experience these sort of events tend to work out for the best. Downsizing the list of projects is never easy. It's sad that we're not going to see the finishing of your projects but I fully understand that life can take a different direction in a blink of an eye as I've been there and done it. Yes you might have some idiots that throw their dummies out of the pram but at the end of the day you're the guy who has been kind enough to let us follow you on the life and times of a restoration artist. Which I might say I find totally fascinating. I have learnt an awful lot because of you and will continue to do so so long as you're around. Now I'm 60+ and had more ups and downs than a rollercoaster and your a young chap with a long way to go at the start of the rollercoaster, well maybe first big dip and on the way back up so have a great ride and stay in control, and just remember, DON'T LET THE BASTARD'S GRIND YOU DOWN. wishing you every success on the next stage of life's adventure. The EJ in someone else's eyes may not need guards/doors just time which they may have more of, so that $2000 for guards doesn't come into if the ones there are repairable in that case. But yeah, saving $24k in 2yrs (or not hemorrhaging the same amount) in the next few years should be a load off.
