New bell and festive ringing - Bells Basilica SS. Cesidio and Rufino - Trasacco (AQ) ABRUZZO

In this video I' m in Trasacco, an Italian municipality in the province of L'Aquila in Abruzzo, located on the southern slope of the former Fucino riverbed, on the slopes of Mount Labbrone. The Basilica of SS. Cesidio e Rufino is the mother church and was built between 40 and 52 AD. on the ruins of the palace of Emperor Claudius. San Cesidio was martyred there. Remodeled over time, it is full of works of art of considerable interest. In this video we see the new third bell recast by Marinelli (data indicated below) and the festive ringing performed by hand by the bell ringers for the Holy Mass and the Angelus. The Plenum reconstructed in audio form in this video is never performed.

Bells of the clock in the spire: the small purr from "BATTISTA E GIUSEPPE MARI DI TORRE DE' PASSERI" - "A DEVOTION OF THE PEOPLE OF TRASACCO MISS DI CANDELECCHIO CHAPTER OF S. CESIDIO MCMXIX" while the large one probably Marinelli.
Bell of the hint: located on the bell tower at the entrance to the sacristy of the Basilica, it rings an A5. It rings for the Elevation of the Solemn Holy Masses to announce the 7 tolls to be performed on the Campanone.

Molto molto belle come sempre le campane e la suonata. La campana nuova mi piace, seppure se fosse stata della stessa nota della precedente il concerto rimaneva più omogeneo come prima. Montaggio come sempre di grandissimo livello! Buona Pasqua Gabrie!

È un vero peccato che, nonostante le tecniche esistenti al giorno d'oggi per riparare una campana si sia preferito rifonderla, per altro senza rispettare in alcun modo le caratteristiche della campana precedente.

Anche a me è dispiaciuto che non sia stata riparata o rifusa con le stesse caratteristiche della precendente e il paesaggio sonoro di Trasacco è inevitabilmente cambiato con la nuova campana. Al contempo però Marinelli ha fatto una campana davvero bella. ❤

La campana però è comunque uscita molto bene, e dipende tutto comunque dalla consegna che viene data dalla chiesa, se non chiede di rifonderla identica la fonderia (giustamente) decide di sua spontanea volontà, fa i suoi interessi (come tutte le fonderie). Un conto è quando la chiesa chiede di rifonderla identica, così come il campanone di San Benedetto di Norcia, a Capanni era stato esplicitamente chiesto di rifonderla con la stessa forma e la stessa nota

Non suona mai a distesa insieme alle altre ma da solo a predica (distesa) per annunciare la Quaresima ed insieme alle altre a tocchi (sempre a distesa) per le processioni e per le feste di maggiore rilievo. Per la Novena di Natale suona insieme alle altre con tocchi rapidissimi in sequenza nella suonata detta "Sordomuta".

Il Campanone suona anche in occasione della festa di Tutti i Santi e per la Commemorazione dei Defunti, sempre con le altre campane. La suonata si chiama "Còscine, cuscinelle e cuscinijje 'mbo". Per ascoltare l'antico elenco completo delle suonate, bisogna procurarsi il DVD "Campane in concerto", realizzato dal Gruppo Campanari di Trasacco quando si ricostituì ufficialmente.
