It's nice, but I think the bavaria C42 would be my choice. My friend recently sailed both the oceanis and the bavaria and he told me that the bavaria performs better, while the oceanis has a better interior.

Thanks for the walk through - qq re hull color, is it custom wrapped? Believe the standard is white with pearl grey as an option... this blue one looks great

Hi, Yes, this is a custom wrap done in Annapolis, but the standard is white, with a grey gelcoat option. We just delivered a grey 40.1 and she is gorgeous. email: [e-mail] if you'd like a few nice shots of the Grey boat. Thanks!

Geez, what was this recorded with? 8mm? Boat is nice, (can get this in Europe for ~150.000EUR base price, so the $244.000 sounds like a not so "great" deal. )

I got a quote from another broker for one they have on order. It was $369,500 with comfort trim level, upwind and downwind packs, coastal pack, and around 5Ok in options. It starts at $244,100 for the deep draft basic version before any of the trim levels, packs, and options.

How come no arch over the cockpit? Is it optional?

I don't think the arch on the roof is optional. As far as I know these roof arches are fitted separate to the deck and can be removed, but I'm not sure.

*Question to anymore, is that kitchen a shape to you? The kitchen seems too open. Isn’t a smaller opening better when actively sailing?* I’ve never been on a sailboat.
