Noobs should use the heros u say for pros, heros that are agile, easy, great kill power, etc. Example, molly, blizzard, vi. It gives them a chance against good players Leave the low tiers for pros only. Firefly is used as a meme for good players to say "I'm so good, I can still win with firefly" Firefly more viable with heal drone but def struggles still. Mobility is the name of the game in many cases.
