Troop selection is not appropriate in this base. Take 7 electro drags and rest ballons of lvl 7 and in the cc take lvl 8 ballons. take 4 max rage spells and 3 max freeze spells. in the cc donation take freeze spells. with 1 or 2 electro try to get closer to the eagle. if it is down then deploy all the units. Another way is that - deploy all the units and freeze the eagle whenever it tries to shoot. I think its a perfect 3 star base, because all the defences are so close to each other that electro will take them down. the second hits of the electro will cause so much destruction. besides, with loons and rage, maximum defences will come under its cover and will be destroyed quickly. But one last thing is that - If a little gap is given among the defences, this base will become more strong.
