The best place is in the Vestige of Chabui (the vestige before the bellroon), simply go Umbral clear all the enemies to avoid raged attacks, go up the big hand holding the bean above the platform, the ripper can't go there, so you can easily farm without interruptions ano no running around, no tricky jumps, no wait.

The devs taking it too far Red Reaper can now Siphon your health of spawn on the other cross 😂😂😂 they don’t want us to level up I’m on series X 98k first go then Red Reaper perved out on me

Dude, take out your lamp for one second, and you'll absorb all dropped vigor in the zone even if it's multi tiered. Just hold L2 and tap RB. There is speedrun vigor now.
