Wow! This is great .. When they came out early 70s we were all young and almost 50 years later we all change.. But it was beautiful back then and even more beautiful now. Time has made change people raising families, hard times, back lunch, tragedies, but they still keep on pushing as we all do. The original recoding of “wild flower,” by “Skylark”wasn’t R&B. “Until it’s time for you to go,” originally written and recorded by Buffy St Marie, was recorded by New Birth too. They put that “sauce” on THAT too. You know if blk musicians get ahold of a good song that IS NOT R&B/Soul, we are going to put some spices and sauce on it: Ike and Tina Turner recorded the Beatles “come together.” The Isley Brothers recorded Seals & Crofts “Summer Breeze.”
