Can you please confirm if the ambient light strip (like the ones by the door handles) that used to run right underneath the central trim (e.g. open pore wood in this case) is gone and replaced by a simple light element above the redesigned central air vent?

In the US it seems the glass shifter and controls are not available. Can they be special ordered? I think it looks nice on this model.
