The only things I like about it is the Tank bag anchor/latch system. Otherwise they massacred what was a svelt/sexy design of the normal GS1300

1 litre of fuel is more like 0.75kg (volume x specific gravity) so that extra fuel capacity is only adding 8kg or so. That’s a heavy beast!

It will sell like crazy BECAUSE it’s different and has BMW heritage ( quality and reliability has been proven and demonstrated over and over again since decades) Just wait for another 12-18 months and this particular model will be around all over the world The pricing will be the limiting factor 💰💰💰😉

I like it a lot. Looks better than the 1250, and will certainly be a superior bike to the 1250 just as the 1300GS is. That said, no adventure bike is good looking or sexy.

I would never buy this bike, just because of the looks. Absolutely hideous looking. I would buy the standard 1300 GS, if they fix the seat comfort to be like the 1250, and introduce backlit switch gear.

Looks terrible who the hell is designing the new 1300? I'll stick w/ my 1250. Wow, it's like you can pack all the technology you like and improvements, etc. But if you package it in a PT cruiser body and it looks like crap, it will be crap. First the headlight and front, now the sides, you outdid yourselves w/ fucking up a beautiful BMW 1250 prior design. There is not one angle on the 1300 that looks good outside the rear. Seriously BMW fire your motorcycle design team.
