Because the harsh truth is modern air defense is to advanced for air power to have an “ overwhelming “ impact like it used to . A common soldier using a manpad can kill a 50 million dollar state of the art ground attack aircraft . If this was not the case Russia would be rolling over Ukraine due to massive disproportional advantages of their airforce . It’s same reason you don’t hear more about one of the most astonish underdog victories in the history of warfare - how Ukraine won the naval campaign in the Black Sea , when Ukraine does not even have a navy and Russia has second biggest navy in the world . Point is if any of this is covered in detail it will become public knowledge that United States Military is very very weak . Their Military doctrine is Naval supremacy with air superiority, the American ground armed forces are not really goodn, they have great equipment, not well trained , not overly motivated . Once again their ground warfare doctrine is completely reliant on air superiority, with out it they can not function . They have never ever fought a war with complete air superiority. Even going back to World War Two if you look at the western theatres , the Commonwealth ( U.K. , Can , AUS , N.Z ,S.A ) fought and won the air war before the U.S. even picked a side lol . This turns American Hard power down to a pre WW2 level . This is why you will not head anytning about it , hopefully that clear thing sup . Wish you the best , have a good day . Cheers .

QUESTION: WTF!! WHY did Ukraine use a SU 27 to use the JDAM guided missile??? Ukraine has about 16 F16’s now so why on earth would they deliver this missile with a Soviet plane? Zelensky was begging for 2 years for F16’s expressly for this reason. I’ve been and am a huge supporter of Ukraine but do they realize how this looks to the West? What are they waiting for to use the F16’s?😊

This is curious given the SU 27 is an air superiority fighter and the F 16 is a multi role fighter/bomber . You would think the f 16 would be more suited with the proper technology for this role . One theory I would guess is due to the modern air defense being superior to modern airforce is that the SU 27 ( being an air superiority fighter ) is built to dog fight in gun range , extremely maneuverable and agile , these might be advantageous in a defensive role helping survive after munitions is deployed to get the F@ck out of the AO alive in one piece . But your guess is as good as mine , cheers
