new books for the new year 📖🎧✨ Christmas book haul & good reads update

12 days into the year and I've already ready 3 books! Just finished The Confession Room by Lia Middleton which was decent ... I'd give it around a 6.5/10. I really enjoyed Don't Let Her Stay by Nicola Sanders - my favourite so far of the books I've read this year!

You got me into reading The Summer I Turned Pretty book series and I just finished it today! I loved it so much! Last week I finished Janette McCurdy's book and it was really sad and heavy but good. The Summer I turned Pretty was a much happier read, except for a few parts. I read the first chapter to The Lake today as well. I got a few more books from my last Target run and I have so many more that I want to read!
