I know the video is about the shelves for your decks but your chime candle storage in the short glass vases is so smart!!! I am so going to do that when we finally get a house. I have 2 that will work perfectly! 😊 It looks great!!

Nice setup! Love the idea of the lights. I only have one chest-high cabinet with two shelves and three drawers. I'm still expanding on my collection but I will reach the cupboard's limits by the end of this year... Then I'm not sure where to put my decks, lol! They are definitely not on display but I like the drawers when they are organized. One day, I dream about my own study with that same old-wood feel that yours has. Thanks for sharing!

Oh thank you so much. I will say for the majority of my adult life, I have had a little corner either in my bedroom or in a living room for my own space. This is truly the first time, since I moved here that I have got my own space for this kind of thing. I'm so grateful to have it. Better late then never. Where there is a will for something there is always a way. I am sure you can manifest exactly as you desire. My hubby is putting in the lights right now...LOL He has a couple more bookcases to do. I'm so grateful and the lights really help a lot. ❤

So in love with your collection and how you organize ❤ and oooooh...I was researching decks and wanted one in honor of my daughter (her name is Astraea) and there is an independent deck called the Astraea's Dream Tarot. Highly recommend (; the Fool card had me! I can't wait to build up my card army and have something to pass along to my children ❤ gotta love having all the flavors of cards for all situations that may arise. 🎉

I would love to pass my collection on to my children but they want nothing to do with Tarot and Metaphysical stuff. They take after their dad and he doesn't believe in any of it...LOL I am a lone ranger in my direct family. I created a digital journal organizer, that is for a very detailed list, that gives room for notes and interview spreads or anything that you really want to focus on within it's database. I will say though I have definitely slacked in keeping track of them, and eventually need to get to filling it all out. Other than just separating my tarot and oracle on to different shelves and housing them all in eye view. Thank you so much for asking. ❤

I’m new to Terrell and I discovered your channel yesterday. I have watched several episodes and I absolutely love it. I’ve learned a lot. Your voice is so soothing in your room is just gorgeous. I do have a question. Why are the Indy cards so expensive? I’ve seen several I like, but I’m not sure if I could warrant spending that much money.

Hi there and welcome. I'm so excited for you just coming into Tarot. Indie cards can be so much more expensive because they are not being printed in bulk by large publishing companies. It cost more to produce the decks on smaller print runs vs. large print runs. The printing companies give massive discounts depending on the larger volume of decks that are being created. Most people that are independent creators, it means that they are not going through a large publishing company and it is a passion project that they are trying to get printed. Because they are not printing in such high volume, their costs goes up per deck and this has to be reflected in how much they charge the consumer, so they can at least make a small profit. It is like the equivalent of supporting a small business owner shop vs. a large retailer like Walmart. Buying independently created decks (Indie) is a wonderful way of supporting small business owners who are putting out their passion projects. I feel like it is a wonderful way to support other people, if you can afford to. Thank you so much for asking a wonderful question and for watching and commenting. ❤

I wished you did live close. We would have so much fun darling. I am looking forward to painting the curio, I think it will look better also. I haven't used the telescope much, if I'm being honest. My hubby and I talked that we need to get out more with it. It's difficult because I'm not a night person, and in the Summer time it is like bedtime when it gets dark, but in the Winter, it's so damn cold outside....LOL I need to do it more in the Spring and this last Spring I was bedridden. I look forward to possibly breaking it out more over the next few months before it gets really cold. ❤

It is too windy to leave it on our upstairs deck and I don't have much room to leave the telescope in the dining room just off my back deck but that would be ideal for sure. We have tried a few nights also and we have had such cloud cover that I couldn't see much, but we are going to keep trying.
