🤣 Well I stopped breastfeeding quite early. But when I was still breastfeeding I would take 2 drinks only, which take about 2-4 hours to clear out of the system. So I pump and store breast milk so that it allows me that 4 hour interval to make sure when I breastfeed again, alcohol has left my system. So always have a stash of milk mommy😂 but limit the intake. Only 1 or 2 glasses of bev

Outside of asking every young mom I know questions🤣 I really just went with what I knew, it was my safest bet❤️
