(It restric on player, Hard opt eff). But if it said the effect of this "monster" can only be used once per turn is what makes the difference. (It restric on monster, soft opt eff).

I've had times where I'm trying to pass turn, and I have no input to do except end my turn. And my opp has a response, and MY TIME IS RUNNING OUT. How is that fair? I literally ended my turn. And the amount of times I've lost because I went on ranked, and for some reason my games hiccups and loads forever, resulting in the app needing to be reset. Which becomes a loss, I've lost so many streaks cause this stupid bug
