Hello ios user here, i have bought new device so i need to register my device again. My old phone was already reset and sold to another user. I did what it says on your tutorial but after a precomposed text was sent it is always saying unable to process at this time. I am an ofw and everytime i do this it is costing me 15pesos per text. I have tried multiple times. Theres no BPI branch here in Thailand. Until now I cannot check my account and I really need to open it now because I need to make a transfer transaction to other bank.

hello po sir ask ako nandito ako kuwait nag open Ko ng bpi mobile banking account nag okay naman siya one time deactivate ko po mobile key ko tapus activate nman. mag activate siya peru pag dating sa OTP hindi ko po ma received sa phone ko

sir sakin kahit na enroll ko na yung credit card no. wala padin lumalabas sa enrolled billers. pag nag nag try ako ulit mag add recipients ang notif niya you already enrolled the biller account. also di padin nag reflect sa bpi account yung binayaran ko na 3k same padin ang outstanding balance. currently here in KSA

Cannot activate mobile key even autostart is already on. Already uninstall and reinstall the bpi app.. no problems with the old app..same mobile and number..developer mode is already off

Hi, try this a. Check if you are connected to a strong and stable internet connection. b. If you are connected to WIFI, switch your connection to data. If you are using your data, switch to a WIFI connection. c. Force close your app. d. Clear app's cache and retry. If error still persist, try accessing via web. If the error persist try to contact BPI help center to check on your account. 24-hour hotline at 889-10000 for Metro Manila; 1-800-188-89100 for domestic toll-free calls (available to PLDT subscribers); and (02)889-10000 or (632)889-10000 for mobile phone and international access. For OFWs po katulad ko, try niyo po load atleast 100 php sa registered number niyo pa para mag push through sa registration sa mobile key. sana makatulong.😅

Mag load ng regular khit 20pesos then change the settings sa time and date dapat sa pinas na oras hopes it help

Tanong lang po. Nasira na kasi yung old phone ko kung san naka avail ako bpi online. Ngayun sa bago kung phone pag nagtransfer ako kailangan pang may e click dw ako sa old phone ko para ma proceed. Paano ko po kaya ma cut yung sa old device ko sa bpi. Hindi kasi maka transfer ng pera. SANA MAY MAKASAGOT

Turn off mo yung old phone. Kung ayaw pa rin puntahan mo na yan sa bank para i log in account mo dun at i cancel ang naka link na old phone. Sila lang may access nyan.

hello BPI? Nagload na po ako. kinuha na nga lahat ng load. wala pa din. I do not like the new app but i do not have option to accept it. I had 3 hours doing things for 'mobile key'. I really hate it!

Pano po ayusin yung error pag nagpapadala from bpi to gcash? Laging may nalabas po na "check your balance if it is already deducted" with "cannot process at this time" lagi po kasi ganun ang error message kahit enough naman po yung balance ko. Sana po masagot thanks

Hi, The problem with their registration page is it doesn't specify the format and how many digits they need. What I've been doing is I enter everything from my deposit slip, for example, 001234-5678-90. But turns out they only need the 10-digit account number, so you just have to exclude the two zeroes at the beginning of the account number (I should just have entered 1234-5678-90 only!).

Sa mga laging "Unable to process your request" na lumalabas at hirap dahil nsa abroad, hope it helps. Try nyo po change ang time sa pinas, then may load ang roaming number kahit 20 pesos tpos try nyo iopen ulit sa BPI app.. Bubukas yan at makaka pag transfer na kayo.. Kasi gnun din nangyari sa amin ng asawa ko nsa italy ngayon at di maka pag transfer dhil sa pag update ng app. Try nyo na kasi sa amin gumana ilang days din hinanap ng paraan ito lng pala 😂

Help po, nag transfer po ako from BPI to gcash. naayos ko po yung mobile key, successful naman po. Pero dina ako nagtype type ng number QR ng gcash ang gnamit ko pero wala po dumating kahit may confirmation na natransfer ko 😢

Pano po to? ofw po ako, seaman, try ako ng try every port na mapuntahan namin para ma activate po yung mobile key kaso palaging try again. try ko clear cache, clear data, uninstall then install. parehas lang po, puro try again. nakakainis kasi may emergency di pwede mkapadala kahit sa site nila ganon padin. patulog naman po.

Sir, may idea ka sa bugged na *continue on your mobile device key* ? Na delete ko kasi yung bpi app then na install ko ulit pero hanggang sa continue on your mobile device key lang.

Hello po i moved to US po and nagupdate yung app kaya nalog out yung acc ko so kailangan ko siya iregister ulit. Kaso ang problema yung sim ko. Dala ko naman dito yung sim ko na nakaregister sa bpi pero hindi na masend yung message kasi number sa pinas. Hindi ko maopen yung bpi acc ko dahil dito. Ano kaya pwede kong gawin na hindi na kailangan ng sms para maopen yung acc.
