Just bought this exact model, shame no one has actually done a review of the model.

Same here. Beautiful but heavy watch. Much more comfortable with the leather strap. Mine runs +2sec daily, 45 days after purchase.

@@zorantobdzic7364 mine started out about +12 seconds a day, but has now settled to +1 so really happy. I search every few days for a review, but still nothing, shame.

@@andrewkelleher440 I'm thinking to get one I wonder what is your wrist size? i have 7.5" (19cm approx) and surface of my wrist is 6cm. (60mm) however I'm still not sure if if need to go for 43mm version instead of 45? 44mm is my shortest limit i know this. but this breitling watches espcially avenger series chunky bulky.. it may look fine 43mm on my wrist. why i'm still considerign 43 cuz of price diff. 45mm is way expensive than 43mm

@@erkanvural3621 yeah, that'd be a good size wrist mate, mines a 7" fits perfect, my wrist is pretty flat though 👍

Heavily modified by Breitling. More accurate than Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean or Rolex Daytona.

Very old school Breitling, too big too busy. But thanks for sharing.

Understandable, Robert. Definitely a chunky watch - in our Christmas watches video, Paul suggests how this watch is for the "big biceps"! I find it interesting that Breitling are looking into their own past more and more - me and Paul just filmed a video about the Breitling Navitimer 1959 Red Gold edition, so we should release that next week. - George

@@BurrellsUk I just picked up the SOH II 42 Red Gold. So I'm firmly in the Breitling camp with four. I'll look at the vids you suggested.

@@robertsullivan4773 THAT is a quality colour combination. Too often, rose gold is only partnered with steel or yellow gold, so I love seeing rose/red gold with black. - George

@@BurrellsUk what is your opinion on gold and steel Rolex sports models I know there not the Steel models but do they hold their value. I'm thinking of a two tone Daytona.
@BurrellsUk5 жыл бұрын
@@robertsullivan4773 I asked Paul this one, Robert... His response: It's my view that steel and gold professional models have the potential to see great returns in the coming years, and we are already seeing 2nd prices increase at a fast pace albeit not has fast as all steel. Pre owned steel watches are currently selling for more than their steel and gold equivalent which makes this a good time to consider buying. There is always a lot of talk about the Rolex bubble bursting but in my 30 years in the industry I have only ever seen prices increase. Ultimately my advice is to always buy a watch that you love and will enjoy wearing. - Paul and George
