AND, no one is talking about the coaches who also reported being mistreated by Flores. This should come out soon too!
@davidjoseph93142 ай бұрын
Flores went behind the General manager trying to bring in his own players. When everything come out Flores will be lucky to be coaching in the NFL.
@breeze7872 ай бұрын
Yeah and to add to that. How much responsibility do we give the coaches for losses to winning teams? The media is saying its Tua's fault when it takes an entire team to win or lose. But when the Dolphins lose that is actually the coaches fault yes and that'll be Mike McDaniels and company. If Tua made the play calls then he might be at fault but its Mike McDaniels and company who make the play calls on both sides of the ball. Tua can make or break a game but only when coaches manage his game and serve up the right calls. When it comes to winning and losing? It's all up to the coaches.

When I watched B Flo’s entire response the first time it aired, I picked up on the fact he didn’t apologize. Granted, he didn’t deny he did those things but also didn’t apologize either. Something in my opinion he owed Tua. There’s a difference between Hard Coaching and Abuse. What he subjected Tua to wasn’t coaching.
@sillau92 ай бұрын
Exactly..it's annoying dat people kept tryna say Brian was just coaching the old way..and dat people kept saying Tua is soft..when Brian was not giving Tua respectful tough love wit his coaching, Brian was literally tryna sabotage Tua's career, dats not good for any work environmen, becuz dats just toxic/hostile environment..how can a player flourish under dat..
@mjamitche52452 ай бұрын
It's a Vikings practice. What's wrong with saying that he's focused on the Vikings? He wished Tua well and said he became a better coach and was doing better for the Vikings. It's a Vikings press conference. Do you not see the Vikings logo behind him? Flores said the right thing.

But Flores was a bad coach and bully created a hostile environment a Miami as a head coach
@joshuaphilbert79952 ай бұрын
Maybe you didnt understand this video : Brian Flores is suing the Miami organization for wrongful termination(discrimination), when in fact as he just admitted, he needs to improve. He never liked Tua, wanted Herbert, and his treatment of Tua reflected his behavior.
@Bless8632 ай бұрын
Flores played around and had 2 players looking like his body guards. Flores smirked on the way up to the mic like it was a joke. Then Flores apologized by not apologizing. Instead he talked about himself and some bs about creating a better world. Flores can start by being a man and taking responsibility for his actions. Then actually apologizing. Flores failed in Miami mainly due to his pride and ego. Looks like he hasn’t learned much.

Wow! This channel brings it! You get the straight unfiltered truth about the opinions of the host, but also in a way that allows you to form your own opinion. Very unique. This is really the only sports show that is strong on opinion while being respectful of its audience. I am on the fence on this B-Flo topic. In general, I am surprised he got any new NFL job since he sued previously. But he was good while with the Pats. I would stay far away from him in general in fear of additional lawsuits from him.

The answer to "Do the Dolphins have a(n) xxxxx problem?" It's yes. It's always yes, Brother Love.
@Canwealljustgetalong2 ай бұрын
How so? The Dolphins hired Flores (Black man); loads of Black players, who they pay super well, respect for their players, treat them very well, no guy on the team complaining about anything, players are relaxed, happy for each other and have a united locker room, they have good Black assistant coaches (like the TE coach), who coached the second half of the Buccaneers pre-season game last night), who they are grooming for HC in the case Mike McDaniels would not be available. That doesn't sound like an N problem to me. Do you still feel they have that type of problem? If so, please elaborate. No shade. Just curious. Thank you.

I'm not so quick to just believe everything Tua said as 100% true in that interview. It reeks to me of a workplace rant. We've all heard and done those. The actual truth is embellished because you have a sympathetic ear. Flores took the classy road and didn't give us his rant on Tua. It would be really easy for Tua to publish his texts, but he hasn't. So, I guess we'll never know the truth.
