In my opinion Gen rushing doesn’t have to be Tool Boxes and perks. Gen rushing can be 2 people on the same gen to make it faster aka gen rushing to make it faster. In the start of trial if all 4 people are on the same gen no perks or tools and it pops 30s of the start of the game…. Guess what? gen rushing.

As a killer main, I don’t think gen rushing exist, because they have to do them to escape and whatever speed they get them done it’s up to us (the killers) to stop them. THAT BEING SAID I’m here to win & will slug, tunnel & camp for the 3k I don’t have time for patchy or worry about a survivors fun lol.
