Thanks. This one sounds pure butter...so smooth and detailed. Bass is really "pleasant" sounding and low enough at ~45 Hz. My yellow one goes down into the low 30 Hz range all day...killer sounding when playing rap and bass boosted audio tracks. Wicked. The big green "PHANTOM" on the workbench does them same with 2x the power...rattle the walls power.

When porting, I just test tones and a spectrum analyzer to find the best tuning. Additionally, I listen to music and wait for those low notes to actually "hear" what these speaker builds will do. Nothing scientific...but, it gets the tuning close. I started with an aggressive porting design with this green speaker...it was a disaster. Sealed the box...much smoother sounding now. No tuning needed...just extra sealing and Mat66.
