Cell is not part of a race, he'd never be added as such because a race would need at least a group of the same kind and Cell Max was just a clone that also died, literally no chance. Edit since I keep getting tagged on this stupid thread. Xenoverse 3 is never coming out, it's a massive lie of people clickbaiting. Base of it all was just a site related to Xenoverse at one point and it started a rumor that kept rolling on the rumor mill and recycling itself for almost six years. Seriously, you can just google it, all of it is just fanon stuff and clickbait. For context, it's not uncommon for developers to update sites when games get new ports or DLCs in the works, but don't take my word for it, for now I'm just a small time developer, so feel free to look it up.

I like how you can play him from 1st form and have him naturally progress to full power. We need this mod but for Frieza race be part of the game because that's another character I wouldn't mind having is a transforming Frieza. I don't care if my forms look like Frieza's just let me keep my colors and I'll be fine.

mods are currently broken because the installer isn't updated yet, but New Transformations by Lazybones adds awakenings to Frieza race. There's 1st-4th form transformations, 4th-5th, and 4th-Golden

​@@orlokknoxxcast Top reason is because it would take effort they're unwilling or unable to spend on the schedule they had. You can kind of reason it away by saying that everybody can customize their base Frieza character to look like any of Frieza's forms so it would be weird to see your character go from 4th form appearance to 2nd form, to 3rd, then back to an identical 4th base form. It would create a problem that would require further work to solve. Now people would be expecting to be able to customize what each form looks like, would the clothing you wear be affected by the form change, etc. etc. The mod is simple in that always changes your stature, head, and clothes to the same configuration that best resembles each of Frieza's forms for each stage. So if you made your Frieza character look like 4th or 5th form, transforming once would make you look like 2nd form. The only way for it to make sense is to intentionally customize your character to be at 1st form as base, which then makes the vanilla Golden awaken skill turn you into a gold 1st form nonsensically, which is why you would use the mod's 4th-to-Golden awaken instead

We didn't get a Cell race because in Dragon Ball Online they were mostly just grunt villains, that and a supposed cell clone that never actually showed up. Xenoverse 1 and 2 just used the actual playable races of DBO.

With how they seem to be slowly turning Xenoverse 2 into a Pseudo-Xenoverse 3, I wouldn't be majorly surprised if we DO get a new race at some point, probably either Android or Bio-Android. Of course Bio-Android could have Cell's transformations, but regular Androids could have some cool stuff too. Maybe a Pure Progress type power-up?

Make them all in unperfect normally. To attain perfection, you have to max out friendship with 17, 18, and Cell. From there, you can attain the 'max'version of perfection after doing a training mission with Cell similar to Beast. Semi-perfect buffs everything by 8%. Perfect form buffs everything by 15%. Full power perfect buffs everything by 17%. Max semi-perfect buffs everything by 25%. Max perfect buffs everything by 32% and negates 8% of all damage taken. Max perfect full power buffs everything by 35% and negates 12% of all damage taken. Mind you, I came up with these numbers on a whim and are up to scrutiny, but I am firm on how to attain the transformations.
