McLaren hiring that 54 overall driver reminds me of on my current MyTeam save Mercedes hired two lady drivers that are 59 and 61 overall respectively. I’m seriously thinking about taking over them to revive the Silver Arrows since they have had such a downfall.

The AI is so strong at upgrades because they also upgrade without using CFD/Wind Tunnel hours. If the expertise is good, you will still make smaller gains even without using any hours. Edit: That and upgrade your facilities. Audi and others likely have maxed out CFD Simulators or Wind Tunnels.

His focus on where he wants his upgrades are wrong (or should I say they don't give the biggest boost). If you want the biggest boost on high, mid, and low speed you focus on the underfloor. The rear wing needs to be drag reduction and high speed focused. Side pods is where you look at engine cooling. Chassis is a drag reduction and airflow middle. There are several youtube videos that tell you how to build a winning car

Why dont you put the pit crew training to pit stop time? Easy 12 million pounds at the end of every season, i win it every year. You dont have to do anything just choose pit stop time every month and thats it.
