Good video - as always. Is the higher spec dash from the Fairmont/fairlane/LTD just a straight swap with the loom a straight plug in. I assume the a/c needs changing over too.

$50 for the shell thats cheap. I gwt $150-$250 for a shell with doors and boot. But u just wanted to get rid of it.

I don’t swear very much it’s just a bit of a bad habit but end of the day I don’t make my content for young kids, yes it’s for everyone but again I don’t make it for kids and I do restrict my videos to people who aren’t kids before they get uploaded so if parents want there kids to not hear swarming they need to have there kids use KZbin kids only not normal KZbin

It wasn’t a mint car and I don’t have the time to fix every car I get and I’d rather use the parts off this one to do up my other cars 🤷🏻 and if you would have fixed it Why didn’t you buy it when it was up then 🤦🏻🤣

@@stevejurkovic436 it was up for sale for a while before I bought it, my mate wanted it gone so I bought it to get what I wanted out of it, I’m fixing up 6 other AU’s at the moment so I don’t have time to fix every single one there is and end of the day this fairlane was mint at all it needed a decent amount of work before it could have gone back on the road, I’ve fixed up so many au’s already but you can’t fix them all I don’t have the time to fix every Au I get otherwise I’d never have the time or money to fix the ones I’m keeping and not to mention the good bits to fix my cars have to come from somewhere 😂

The xr8 was full of rust and much more watch the video. It was beyond repair for a 9k car if clean. And so what there just au's anyways if it was something rare like an eb, ed, ef, el xr6/7 then there's usually a reason to be mad but over an au grow up

@@Flanklin. sure but either way I’ve sated that I wreck some for a reason, I like au’s and I want to fix them but you just can’t fix them all you’ve gotta understand when a car is just too far gone or if it isn’t worth the effort fixing up, I’ve fixed heaps of au’s that should have been sent to the wreckers but again you can’t save them all and at the end of the day I’m not just trashing the au’s like most people I’m using them to fix my other ones and I’m selling off the other parts so other au’s can live on

@@snapped4433 that’s exactly right the xr8 was way too far gone and would have needed way too much money spent of it to fix it up properly, I absolutely loved that car in the time I had it an I’m definitely disappointed I couldn’t save it but end of the day what can you do 🤷🏻
