I will say, putting this out right after all the controversy with the Winter of Woe Abs man fight was a pretty bad choice. There's already a large amount of resentment towards kabam about them putting out cash grab events rather than purely skill based events, and putting out something like this so soon after that was only ever going to cause more anger and resentment towards kabam.

Why the hell is the best content creators can come up with "defeat x with x" that's so dry of any originality or individuality. Make something that might actually test people like "defeat x boss but make sure every 10% threshold of hp is crossed using a special 2" or something more interesting than "Play the game but be locked in" god dam

They made this look like it is content for everyone. It is content for Whales. The extra difficult content of late is really for people that are willing to put a lot of spend into the game to be a completionist and get any and all content done. We know that this has been done a lot in the past in other areas. They have branched out and found a new paradigm to get more Whale $. It is kinda a shame...I think they would get more $ from fairly difficult content that everyone needs SOME resources for than a very small part of the players needing LOTS of resources for (hundreds of people spending $10 each almost always nets more than tens of people spending $100 each), but whatever...💰💸💰💸💰

Revive farming being nerfed and after that they bring all these content that forces ppl to practice (using huge energy cost) or using a lot of revives. This is really bad game design 😔

I have to start by saying that the creators don't need any personal attacks and that at the end of the day this is a game with that said I'm bummed out because I think kabam missed the mark with this big time and for the content creators I wanna go back to the first set of carinas challenge where kabam had this awful idea to make u go back to labyrinth of legends and have to complete it with 4*star lord everyone of them complained about that and when kabam gave them the opportunity to do something fresh and challenging but fair they decided to go with this a challenge that requires alot of rank ups and alot of units and revives....here is what I would've liked to see I would've liked to see a quest created by all of them with a band New boss and let ppl choose who they wanna use to complete it instead of redoing old content with mediocre Champslegacy to me was the most fair and as for Mike and fin they are great ppl and I am not attacking them personally this is just constructive criticism.

Ok my take: Remove revive farming. Release as much top1% content as possible. Kabam are simply trying to milk anyone that will pay so that they can try to keep up with the screw up that is massive valiant accounts. Absolutely ridiculous thinking content like this, or the rewards more specifically, will ever be worth it to anyone but some content creators. EOP gave amazing rewards, these give nothing in comparison. Waste of money, waste of time for almost everyone.

For me, Kabam genuinely has become too much of a chore lately. I've been wanting for Kabam to put out more content for us to do for a little while now, but this is just too much. We went from having a lacking amount of content to now having too much content. I don't know how Kabam expects us to even have enough energy (in game and also irl) to even do the WOW objectives, this month's event quest, Paragon Guantlet, the side quests, incursions, the new carina challenges, and the lunar new year quest. WOW is genuinely absurd, and for people like me who are ftp and paragon, this is just demoralizing. All of this wouldn't even be as bad IF there wasn't a time limit for the WOW 7* deathless piece or if the requirement to obtain it was lower. The deathless piece is what makes all of this just so taxing and frustrating. For valiant players, they at least get an extra objective, so they could choose to skip some objectives if they'd like to; but as a paragon, you HAVE to complete ALL of your objectives or else you don't get the piece. So, either you just give up and just do everything else and spend 5000 units later on the piece (or settle for the extremely weak 6* version and have to use a ton of your other currency in game just to even obtain it), or you focus on completing these garbage WOW objectives now so you don't have to spend later but possibly miss out on meta rewards for this month. I've chosen to chase after the piece, but now it's taking up so much of my time, energy, and units (I'm grinding just to even get the despair mastery to even complete it 😐) and I've found it difficult to manage all of the things that kabam has given us this month. For a guy like me with a bad gamma roster and a mid robot roster too, this is just painful to endure. Now adding on top of that the 10 energy cost just to even play WOW just makes this even more unbearable. All I have is a 5* R5 ascended she hulk (she was literally rank 2 with 0 levels put into her before this event btw) and a R3 max sig overseer for gamma. Every other gamma character that could actually be useful for WOW is a 4* 😐I can't use my overseer without the despair mastery, so that takes him out of the picture; so all thats left is my she hulk, and I can't even finish the fight without despair either. Its so easy to take him down to 20% hp but then he just heals back up to 50% hp within 3 seconds if the petrify timing gets off slightly (thanks to the AI being rediculously passive all of a sudden when he gets low). Also, if you don't have a 7* deathless guillotine then you can kiss the free points bye bye :/ (all I have is a 6*). I have so much more I could complain about, but I've already typed a lot just from complaining about how WOW makes this entire event that kabam has put up stressful. If I listed my other complaints, then I would have an entire essay typed up 😬At the end of the day, its genuinely trash how the game team put out so many meta rewards in difficult content (with tons of bugs) for this month but all of them pull at each other for where you can prioritize your energy, your units, and your time.

I was waiting for these to decide if I was going to give WoW a real shot to try to get the Deathless piece. If these are this bad, I don’t think it’s worth the stress to me to get a 7* champ that will most likely require a dupe. I’m going to wait for Kabam to decide that they have made up the units lost from revive farming and they start making reasonable content instead of kill-based content.

Shame on anyone who blames the creators for this. They did what kabam asked them to do. People are being toxic as hell about this and it shows people's true colors. If you can't do the challenges right now. That sucks, but they are there forever. Come back when you can do them. Videos like KTs and this aren't helping tbh. The problem with only pointing out the negative is that it doesn't show the TONS of people I have seen that think these challenges are great.

Many many people have the accounts that have the champs to do these and therefore will not benefit at all from waiting, but it's still incredibly and unnecessarily difficult, and a drain on units even with the maxed out 6* champs being used

I don't think they're impossible. They're meant to be challenging. Although it does get old that most of these challenges are "Use ONLY certain champion to complete certain story quest, with ONLY certain champion without using a choice node." I think they'd be better if we could use synergies, maybe change the challenge to defeat a certain boss with the champion they want us to use. I don't know, they did say they're meant to be hard.
