New CFA activated traffic lights at the Ballarto Rd and Potts Rd intersection

As part of the Ballarto Road Upgrade project, we're installing new CFA activated traffic lights at the Ballarto Road and Potts Road intersection in Skye. During an emergency, Skye Country Fire Authority (CFA) will be able to activate the new traffic lights at the intersection.
The traffic lights will stop drivers on Ballarto Road, allowing Skye CFA vehicles to safely turn from Potts Road onto Ballarto Road and respond to emergencies quicker.
At all other times, drivers on Ballarto Road will have a green traffic light, and drivers on Potts Road will see no lights on the traffic light and will need to follow the ‘Give Way’ sign.
