A little bit confused. First, does it mean that I need to take 2021 version exam after 7/12/21 even though I bought the exam in DEC 2020? 2. Why 2021 exam is harder than 2020? I have watched your video twice and still do not get it. I know 2021 exam only has one version and it does not have an international & US version. I will take the exam in US anyway, so I do not know why 2021 version will be harder than 2020 US version

No. Only new delegates who bough 2021 they need to take 2021. You are still on the 2020

Can I prepare using Fraud Manual of 2019 in July 2021?

If I register today but don't clear my exam till July 12, will I still need to pay extra fees just to retake the exam?

You will have only one attempt after July 12 and if you don't pass you have to pay $50 for retake for each part
