UPDATED IMPRESSIONS: Hothead - Great to get off of Yordle Portal but not maindeckable. Transposition - Pretty expensive memes card, could find a broken combo one day though. Heroic Refrain - Actually not bad, Bandle is a much better region for this kind of card than the Targon equivalent. Spirit Portal - Probably too expensive and clunky. Yordle Portal - Actually pretty good in Yordles in Arms Flame Chompers decks! My initial impressions were wrong here. Fae cards - These are hard to say without seeing more cards, but a full Fae deck with Yordles in Arms or something is actually looking pretty solid.

My immediate thought for Hothead would be to run this in Sivir/Akshan, as sivir having those extra keywords is pretty much your wincon anyways.

Any new keyword on any champion is broken as f@, that card will be fun for any shurima deck, you can even play it on mono shurima

That card isnt that consistent at all if you run 3 of sivir and 3 of akshan. The card will buff one of the champions in your deck but if you already have a champion on board youll have to literally wait for your champion on board to die to be able to get any use out of the buff. You need a deck that runs at least 3 different champions if your gonna get consistent use out of hothead.

Fae Bladetwirler is a misspelling of Faebladetwirler. They are called Faebladetwirler because they wield a faeblade. Unfortionately most people assumed the "Fae" in their name was an announcement of their species and not of the origin of their blade.

Hothead seems like it's supposed to be Predict support, since you can doctor your topdeck and you can get the attack effect off multiple times with Chronobreak or Parallel Convergence. Seems bad but idk so is the rest of the deck.

OTOH, Predict seems to reshuffle the rest of your deck, so if you don't get the buffed card, it can end up at the bottom.

2:45 Units keep the manacost they had when played for as long as they stay on the battlefield. The exploit that swim is suggesting therefore doesn't work (unless you cast scuttlegeist for 10 mana in a spells only deck :D)

I do think Hothead might give Poppy/Ziggs a way to come back into the meta. Giving you a 4/5 Ziggs or a 3/4 Poppy with a random keyword is insane value, also the fact it's an attack effect means it's uneffected by stuns/recalls prior to the attack, and also frosbites doesn't affect it as well. Seems like a very powerful card for mono shurima if you go nasus/renekton since giving them stats and keywords is really good and will make it easier to lvl up both nasus and renekton. It's also really great for bandle tree since it's a shuriman card and it will buff your other champions as well. The rest of the cards seem pretty neat as well since it seems the Fae archetype will be more revolved about buffs and swarm which means maybe a card like Ki Guardian (the 2 cost card that gives a unit in you hand barrier and draws you a card) might have an archetype it will see play in. I assume tomorrow we'll get a Yummi reveal so I'm very intrested to know how she will support this archetype since she does seem like a great support for Lulu which I like since it's not revolved around elusives which is really fresh.

I’m thinking hothead for sivir/ackshan. It’s 4/2 with lucky finds attached and the ability to get some pretty high value with a levelled sivir. It will give some useless keywords from time to time though.

too slow for a burn deck like poppy ziggs. You don't want to be wasting time buffing ur units. Ziggs alr has a good statline that can compete with any three drop. You don't want to waste a turn summoning this instead of ziggs. Gotta prioritize reducing nexus health over anything. The card is more midrangey if anything but there are better options for a three drop.

@@speedweednfeed6721 That's intresting, also for Akshan/Pantheon it can be good because Pantheon does enjoy more stats and giving him another keyword is great as well for his lvl up. I can also see it working for Akshan/Riven as well, especially since Riven already has great stats.

seeing how discounted cards work with jayce, and missions that want you to play cards of a certain price, i dont think it'll allow you to play a 10 or less cost unit that way

First question I have is if there are any cards that recall a follower of x cost or less, if they can recall something like a scuttlegeist or something else that has been cost reduced, because that would be the easiest way to figure out how transposition will work

@Raistlin663 i dont know if there is that, but i do know that jayce will count thermo as a 6+ cost card if and only if you spend 6+ mana on it, and that i tried to finish a mission that wanted me to play 8+ cost cards or units or something like that, and i tried to play incisive tactician, discounted due to reputation, but when i finished that match i noticed it didnt count towards the mission.
