Thanks for the video. But I think at 8.05 in case no. 2 if tenant and landlord both are registered and property is for commercial purpose than landlord need to charge GST on FCM basis.

Yes… but after N/N 05/2022- Central Tax(Rates) this entry is clearly covered under Reverse Charge Mechanism
