Those concept arts are skins that are already released. The Ashen Knight Pyke without armor is a sarcastic version since people want the Ashen Knight skinline to all have full body armors. But since Ashen Knight Pantheon and now Ashen Knight Sylas are both shirtless, they made a shirtless version for Pyke as well. People are really unhappy about the Ashen skin line now
