yo imagine if Taylor actually goes full Mick Foley with this at one point and portrays 3 different characters at once. one would be Taylor Rotunda, the real person like in this promo. the other is the happy-go-lucky, yet also a bit unhinged and unpredictable, Bo Dallas. and the third is Uncle Howdy, scheming in the shadows and laughing at his chaotic creation that is the Wyatt Sick6 and Taylor's ongoing descent into madness and rage after his brother's death. this has the potential to be the deepest and most intriguing storyline the WWE has EVER made

They did the interview in the Funhouse. Also, if you remember the Bray documentary, it was said that the FF was inside Bray's head. So this conversation between Taylor and his Howdy alter ego in the FF is him battling with his emotions in his head.

I’ve got to note, There was footage taken from the crowd of the Uncle Howdy and Taylor sit down interview. The crowd was happy to see Taylor, and the crowd went absolutely silent when the question was asked “how did you feel when your brother died”. It was almost like we had gone back to the covid days, of no fans. It was that silent.

Yes I can appreciate them trying as they may to put this thing over (for Bray) but inevitably people are going to LOSE INTEREST as the novelty wears off...> That lame clownish picture of the group (all with cheesy smiles, save Rowan and Loomis) at that restaurant doesn't help anyone involved.

I think the interview was in the Fun House. The last time we saw it was with Bray. It was bight, lively and bursting with creepy energy. Now that Bray is gone so to is his energy from the Fun House. It is still creepy. Only now it is dark and depressing. I am interested to see the next interview. Will it be Uncle Howdy asking questions again to someone else? Or will we see, for example, Nicola Glencross answering questions from Abby the Witch?

I did, as in acting, what was presented last night. Talking to a part of yourself that is suffering or has suffered is a horrifying thing to experience. If there isn't a eject button planned? Things can get messy and even fatal. I got suicidal and a friend of mine and also a therapist put me on watch so I'm here today. They also saw the videos I was making for proof.

I went back and re-watched the Bray Wyatt Documentary this put it around WM or maybe a little before and they showed and talked about the newest Fiend costume that Bray had made but never actually got to wear it. I feel like at some point we are going to see The Fiend return and his final masterpiece be shown to the world like he would have wanted. As we saw with Alexa Bliss who seemingly was possessed by The Fiend entity after he was burnt I feel like The Fiend isn't just a singular person but can take over anybody it chooses. We will have to wait and find out.

Bully is spot on. That was Taylor last night. I can only imagine how cathartic this whole experience is for him and the family. This is a real exploration of grief and mental health through incredible psychological horror storytelling. I watched that promo and listened to the way Howdy was asking questions of Bo, challenging him with hard questions, giving the time to let it breathe and letting Bo open up and I instantly thought of the therapist that was kidnapped in the lead up and wondered if this was why.

In the QR codes we kept getting where it said I am nobody but then right behind that we get I am all of us. Taylor saying I am nobody is saying that Uncle Howdy is all of us. This is where the cult part comes in. He is telling them to the WWE they are nobody but Uncle Howdy is all of us. Which means that with him bringing them all together they will be somebody.

I hope every Wyatt character has a vignette like that to hash out WHY they are like that. Imo, everyone of those faction members have a story of being underutilized. They all have a reason to get retribution. Can't wait til the next Wyatt 6 segment!! (I know it's Sick6 but oh well.)
@ww4l
@ww4l 3 ай бұрын
The only way I accept these guys losing is if you did it this way. Either they don't wear the mask, don't bring the character (I'll explain soon), don't tell a story with that opponent. Wyatt lost plenty. The fiend lost only once (I think) maybe twice. Goldberg never met Wyatt, and had to write a story before there could be revenge. I'll accept Wyatt Sick6 losing if their character isn't involved, or if, let's say mid match, they stop acting like the demon, and their mask gets taken off or maybe ripped off...... PROTECT THE CHARACTERS!!! But let the man behind the mask be beatable.

I was really interested in the entire discussion until I heard Bully say "I felt myself moving to the edge of my seat"... come on man, we obviously know that's a lie. He clearly loved the promo, and so did I, but no need to exaggerate just for the sake of it. Anyway, when Dave mentioned the term easter eggs regarding how WWE is delivering its product to its audience, I couldn't help but agree. Similar to how Marvel movies have mastered the art of hiding using easter eggs to set the tone for what's coming next in the franchise, WWE is basically using almost every single backstage segment these days to give us hints about what might happen next. I absolutely love this, it makes the entire show worth watching because there might be something noteworthy that you might not pay attention to the first time around. This is something that WWE has made their own, and there is no wrestling product in the entire planet that even attempts it let alone do it well.

Whether or not they keep him as Bo Dallas, which makes sense since they own the intellectual properties to that name, or if they eventually re-introduce his "human side" as Taylor, I think they only used Bo Dallas in the video title because they haven't gone down that avenue of referring to him as Taylor yet. "Remember who you are" was a big part of the QR codes so maybe we'll have a promo where he remembers that he is not Bo Dallas but he is Taylor and that is how he is referred to going forward. But that all depends on if he wants to allow WWE to profit off his real name or not.

I never liked this idea that the Fiend character was the problem with the matches, the problem with the matches were the weird decisions often made by the people in charge. both Seth Rollins and Goldberg have blamed management for the result of their matches and it is known that Bray hated the burned fiend. And of course, giving a title for a character that didn't need one. Unfortunately, some of the Fiend's best matches were the ones with least exposure.

I’m wondering if they go the same trajectory of where when wrestlers faced Bray they would change attitude and at times revert back to a bygone era of their former self but different. I was wondering if this was why Chad went back to Otis Maxine and Towzawa to apologise. But that Uncle Howdy and Taylor promo tape was chef’s kiss

I was about to cry watching that segment… it was so damn good, sad, bittersweet and heartbreaking…I truly felt everything that was said and I seen flashes of Windham/Bray… Vince wouldn’t be able to pull any of this off and I think if Vince was still around it would definitely be made to be goofy. I’m glad it’s being handled carefully under HHH… I’m very interested to see what’s next. Well for me losing both my parents at different times… you would visit places that would remind you of them…I think Bo/Taylor talking to “Howdy” could be him wrestling with the thoughts in his head in a way… moments I would have conversations with myself or thinking out loud…alll the what ifs, the this should have happened.. all goes on in my mind… Taylor/Bo could be having the same thoughts about his brother. I always wanted Bray to be like The UnderTaker… to be that presences that wrestlers feared… but Vince just couldn’t do it… so I’m truly hoping Wyatt Sicks could be that..

I love that they're blurring the lines with reality, and leaving things up to our interpretation. That segment was done perfectly. I got the same vibe as Bray's return promo in 2022 with the real emotions being shown. When Bray passed, my passion for wrestling started to fade. This whole campaign has really brought it back. Windham would be proud.

I think I enjoyed this segment more than a lot of the previous Wyatt/fiend stuff tbh because they got to the point and bo explained his intentions basically by saying they all forgetting about bray so we're making them remember and even with the split screen thing with Bo and obviously him as howdy it still felt real and raw because of the subject matter they was discussing.

Hear Me Out - What if Alexa Bliss is Sister Abigail, Bray Wyatt always talked about Sister Abigail as being this dark entity that controlled his emotion and his mind and that's why he created all the other characters to suppress his feeling. But what if Sister Abigail was a vision of beauty and Bray Wyatt was the black sheep of the family and never got the attention that his Sister did. And to deal with her popularity he demonized her to be able to cope with his emotions. So all his past memory might have been inaccurate, and they bring out Alexa as this Goddess and she has already got to Strowman and turned him, and they go on to battle the Wyatt Sicks

Spoken like a non-true wrestling fan. The polarity among people now adays is so ridiculous. Are people so narrow minded that they have to have a brand loyalty and bad mouth a competitor? How about you appreciate what every company brings to the table because there has never been a better time to be a wrestling fan! WWE is in the best place it's been in since the Attitude Era, AEW does it's job with putting on excellent wrestling matches (go watch Dynamite from last week and tell me different....I'll wait). The TNA/NXT crossover has been good. NJPW does their thing well. Just appreciate what each promotion brings to the table and just enjoy it!

Taylor was absolutely BRILLIANT. Honestly if you have watched Bray's Documentary, you can see Taylor has what it takes to pull this off and shine. Windham is smiling down right now.

One thing I LOVE is that while Hunter does reward you for paying attention, you're not penalized for missing things. If you want to glaze over and focus on the main story beats you can and everything will be given or mentioned in time.
