The thing is that the modlib library was not yet available to the public, but several modders already had it so they used it to create these mods while they waited for the official release of the modlib.

I haven't played this game yet but I just got my new GPU so I can try it out. So if you guys could tell me: What are the limitations of these? Can they add new character moves and animations? Or new movesets based on different ones, yk, mixing and matching. That would already make things like accurate UE Vegeta possible. Do the new character transformation just copy someone's moves? Like, is the Vegeta UI's moves here just Goku's moves (or Vegeta's moves with whatever buffs/abilities UI gets)?

@@gustavolopes5094 Currently it depends on the skill of the person making the mod, there are Skin mods, character mods (New Slot), aura mods, movement mods, audio mods, etc, so the mod you install will be better or worse depending on your personal taste and what the developer did. The truth is that not all mods are compatible with each other, for example, I installed one that was Goku All Forms and Vegeta All Forms from different developers and I couldn't perform the fusion because Goku All Forms was neither Goku Z-End nor Goku Super, but then I found a Goku All Forms that was Goku Z-End which allowed me to do all the fusions and transform from SSJ 1 to SSJ4, SSJGod SSJ Blue and UI (both forms), paradoxically the Goku All Forms that I installed was compatible with Limit Breaker SSJ4

It's cool but I wish they gave him different a different moveset in his transformations. Only 4 has a new move but otherwise its just glorified base Raditz skins.

Doing this for fun and as a radiz fan: Radiz base form: 1,600 Radiz great ape: 16,000 Radiz what if super saiyain: 80,000 Radiz what if super saiyan 2: 160,000 Radiz what if super saiyain 3: 640,000 Radiz what if super saiyain 4 (not official multplier but estimates for fun): 6, 400,000 So super saiyain radiz is capable of beating both vegeta and nappa but loses to their great apes, super saiyain 2 radiz is still a bit weaker than vegetas great ape. Super saiyain 3 radiz can kill 1st form frieza and super saiyain 4 can kill second and 3rd form and goku probably but gets eliminated by final form frieza. Also would love to play these mods but dont know what gaming laptop is worth getting my room simply dont have the space for a full pc

Get a MSI cyborg with rtx 4060. It's a good budget option. If you can afford it though, definitely get a MSI raider or Titan (4090). I use a cyborg and have for a year and a half now. Runs most games well on ultra, and perfect on high. Hope that helps at all. God bless you friend!

@@Pack52022 yeah, a fan with four or more fans should be good, it'll stay cooler that way. Also a good hard drive for extra space would be good. It's been serving me and my brother real well. Glad I could help!
