It's sad watching this knowing she just had a few weeks left of life. She looked so beautiful and vibrant despite her medical difficulties, you were one tough cookie, Mel. I’m so glad you are home and recovering. Yes, illness and being hospitalized will definitely give ya a different perspective on life in general. Enjoy every single day. Treasure all your time with those that you love. Even those that don’t have underlying health conditions have a limited amount of time on this planet and time moves so very very fast. One day I was in my 20’s. Before I realized it, I was in my 40’s. And then all of a sudden I’m in my mid 60’s. Take care of yourself Mel. Lots and lots of Hugs 🤗 going your way. So sorry to hear that you had to go through this. I’m glad that you’re coming out the other side. Be kind to yourself and your body, dearest lady. I empathize with what you’re going through because I’ve recently gone through one of those periods feeling as if you are in the middle of a group of dominoes. I say that because one chronic health thing seems to lead to the next thing, and then the next thing, and then on top of it all you develop a pinch nerve in your back. The best thing is just to acknowledge that’s where you are right now and seek treatment. Please just know that you are loved by many of your followers and that all of your efforts and work are greatly appreciated.

I was in the hospital also and returning today for more tests. My kidney is the problem and it was checked to see if it is infected, also my liver and I’m glad to say they are not infected. I hope you recover soon. 💋

I went into renal failure two years ago, we think possibly as a result of a blood clot, and though at that time I’d had 16 thrombi in both legs, both lungs and the brain, it was one of the scariest things I’d ever heard. I’ve had two more in the legs since then, and know all too well the stresses of multifaceted chronic illness, so please, please take care of yourself first and foremost. We’ll be here. ❤️
