Because more and more children players left school at the age of only 13~14 years old and play games day and night is way too crazy. But on the other hand, many people think the parents should control the smart phone, not games, because without games, the children still can waste their time on other thing on the internet, and won't go to school.

one example is LGD suki will not be able to play for the team. Although by november he will return since he is going to be 18 at that time. Yeah just to spoil others, here in the SEA region like the Wildcards not indonesia and thailand, there are age restrictions too. Idk why, but there just wanted to share that. :))

I am 18 now in India and honestly I would love if this rule comes here in India, would make kids go play in the open something I didn't do that much as I was busy playing online games. This rule would also reduce the chances of Obesity among kids blowing out of proportion in the next 4-5 years in India just due to gaming. Yes, 1 hour on weekends is a bit strict i would rather give em 8-11PM every day they can play 90 minutes.

In other regions there are teams who practice in the same level as Chinese but you cannot improve unless everyone in the lobby is doing the same thing. Most of the well established teams have great players but this is eSports things change rapidly. Why do you think WBG spend 1M$ to buy some 17 year old kid? Beacuse the meta is changing. If an year back if someone said general or coolboy are completely leaving PEL comp scene i would laugh at them. You need youths who can develop faster and can have better muscle memory. Why do you think teams are paying money to have youth teams when they already have better players with them? There will be Paraboy chengC and Order dominating as always but you won't see 77h, 86, Suki, DaQuan,ice,97 etc who are so good at an early age and will achieve so much in later stages. Paraboy if with the same skill set was in any other region. He would never have even tried to be better. In PEL if you don't perform there are hundred more standby who can replace you in instance. The competitive nature of PEL players and PEL teams along with PEN teams are the reason chinese teams are so dedicated to win because there are 19 other teams who can beat you any day if you don't continue improving.

U have to login game with ur real name id. And when u open the game the camera will check your face. If it looks under 18 the game will not work. There probably wont be any serious punishment. They will just ban u from the game. U can play with your parents I'd but that doesn't work with professional players.
