Yes, this Chinese battleship and carrier cruiser is somewhat overpowered in my opinion. Non-bundle, non-lottery ships have some weakness whatsoever, but slowly these paid ships don't follow that trend which makes it pay-to-win

Effective fire on short mid distance up to 3 km as the ship has no missiles, high cannons fire due to number of ca nons and as the other ship defence not effective against cannons, air defence strong, multipont plus antiaircraft missiles. Weak ponits, slowly moving, manuvering, low defence against torpedoes. Tactics against the ship, attacking with torpedoes and long distance more than 5 km. Two destroers class cn 055 can down easy with cross fire, did it in the battle.
