Wow, I loved everything you did especially the "crazy" colors!!! You mentioned spraying the plastic ornaments with a sealer before you painted them, something else that works on slick surfaces like clear plastic baubles is you can "rough" them by going over them lightly with 220 grit sanding paper. Not too much but just until the surface is no longer clear. Then wipe any residue with a baby wipe. I've been doing it for years. I learned it from another KZbin channel, "Inspiration From the Soul." It works perfectly every time and it's VERY cost efficient!!! Regardless, your protects are just lovely! I wish I lived closer, there are several things I've seen in your booths that I love!! ❤❤❤

Girl, you cracked me up with this retro wreath. I love blue, any shade, with gold. My entire Christmas decor is blue and gold. So when you added the pink, I'm thinking OK...retro....but then you went with the little deer, and the mushroom and the bottle brush trees...OMG!!!!! Now we're talking real, real, real RETRO....Not my cup-o-tea but very very cool.

She did some thing similar to your wreath!! That snowman is absolutely adorable ❤❤ I would be soo excited to find that bag of buttons!! Some looked vintage!! You could keep them on their tags and make ornaments with them!! Like glue them on paper or wood tags and embellish with ribbons, etc you could do a bunch and I bet you’d come up with some unique and quick selling ornaments!! Then BAM we both put out a video on it lol. That bag of buttons were mostly vintage ones i think so it was a SCORE for sure. That's a GREAT idea with the ornaments and buttons. You are the best. I love it all! I love the retro look, especially your interpretation of it. If you can assist, can you tell which DIY paint do you think most resembles the turquoise and pink colors you used? I don't have any newly released colors but I do have a selection of the originals. I am going to give this project a try. Thank you for sharing your ideas!

For the blue: I think Farm Fresh would look good, just keeping lightening the color with white. For the pink: Kissing Booth, do the same with adding white paint till you get a lighter color. I think the silver, colourful wreath is such a fun project. Definitely not my style either, but I can understand what you mean by see inspiration piece and then just have to try it. Wouldn't it be much less work to pour the paint in the ornaments and let it drip out? It would save you the second coat as well as skipping to clear coat them.

I have tried that before and couldn't get the paint to dry on the inside, after days and days of drying. Have any tips? That would have been MUCH easier and probably looked nicer. Thanks so much for watching :)
