Brawl Stars is releasing a new brawler rarity to the game! The new Chromatic Brawler Rarity is unlike any other rarity. It starts out as a rare as Legendary brawlers, but then it becomes less rare so it's easier to unlock! After it's first season, it becomes as rare as a Mythic Brawler. After it's second season, it because as rare as an Epic Brawler!
This new Chromatic Brawler rarity is a great addition to the brawler rarities as it'll be a benefit to light gemmers who are willing to spend a little, but it'll also benefit free to play players who are patient enough to wait for it to drop later on!

once a player hits a certain amount of trophies, (something relatively high), their luck value increases at a much faster rate to prevent players who actually play the game a lot from getting stuck with no legendaries. I feel like this would really help improve the 10k ish player base.

This seems like overall it’s going to be a very good update for Brawl Stars. The only wish I have is that they might attempt to try and not shove the brawl pass in our face. If they must I respect them though and Kairos you’re amazing, because you really changed my entire point of view on it

With the Chromatic drop rate idea, it made think that I want that to be applied to star powers and gadgets, I'm free to play and have been playing since global release, I have all brawlers at 9, only not having leon and crow. But 3/4 of those brawls don't have a star power and/or gadget. I'm frustrated with how long it takes to get one for a brawler that doesn't have one so I can use them in power play and climbing easier, and the last 4 star powers I've gotten have been the 2nd one of a brawler who already has one, I'm just annoyed at how long it takes

Maybe the chromatic brawlers will have different stages? Like the color of the rainbow. It goes from red to purple and each time it gets higher, the brawler gets some sort of ability, or maybe just gets stronger. I think that chromatic brawlers must have a special hidden ability, like some stat boosting thing (Not too much game-breaking) which will make them different from the other rarities. Maybe when they are released with low drop rates you can unlock them at the end of the progression system of the brawl pass (for F2P) and for the P2P players you can also unlock other things like free 500 power points for them or maybe even a skin released with the chromatic brawler on finishing the brawl pass(paid). After the season is over, you will only be able to get them through boxes with increasing drop rates season by season as Kairos explained

So here are my thoughts about the topic: Since I am f2p so i can only tell about my Attitude towards a new Chronic rarity. I consider myself a pretty good player having Multiple Brawlers on 1k.... so on and so forth. I the past i started struggeling to keep up with my clan and Clubmates since i cant keep up with the new Brawlers and Gadget that came out which makes me worries to not being able to keep up in trophies. The new rarity will hurt me even more in the beginning of the release. Even tho it will be getting more and more easy to unlock the new rarity if i cant get it before a second and even third one gets released. I absolutely love the new content otherwise than that. Thanks for hearing me out! Also thanks to Kairos for the quality of the videos and the depth that comes with it :) PS: English isnt my first language :)

as a "big spender"(over 300usd), i feel like there shd be a system added where feedback is collected from people who have a spent a certain amount (100?) so that we can voice out what content we would be interested in spending money. I've been losing interest in the game due to lack of competition and updates coming once a month, which is a huge turnoff for me. Just yesterday, i was pretty surprised to find i have 200 unearned keys, showing how much i have neglected the game for the past week or so, as i have been playing other games (mobile legends if you know what it is) and I've spent way more on it as they are producing content on an almost weekly basis, keeping spenders hooked on buying new skins. I hope this advice reaches supercell, as brawl stars has been a huge part of my life and i want it to continue to be so, but losing interest in something is a human reflex and its unavoidable. thanks

Gotta say, This video really made me respect Kairos a lot. As someone who isn't completely free to play, I am very skeptical about this update. I'll wait to see how it looks in the end. One very important thing for me, who has maxed every brawler at this point and only opens boxes when a new brawler comes out to receive them and get them leveled up quickly, what will happen to all the boxes I have just sitting there?

Mad respect for you Kairos. Also, I don't think the brawl pass will include a brawler specifically but a token of some sort. Basically, it allows you to unlock any brawler you want. This token could be saved and used whenever you want. This would allow maxed out accounts to still be able to use the tokens. This token could be placed in like the beginning half of the pass. Not sure how progression through the pass will be but, it could be based on wins you get. Like you need to get 20 wins to get the spot where the token is placed. The gap between rewards increases as you progress through the pass.
