28:13 The hammer is to _move_ or delete a building. You could have just moved the building elsewhere on the board instead of trashing it. It even told you to pick the destination and you picked the trash.

Looks like if there's 2 people on a task, it speeds it up. They each put in an amount of work, so it goes twice as fast etc. So mostly want you want to eliminate is walking time.
