This is really helpful. I find that if the client has a pretty seamless 3-4 touches at the beginning of their journey, even if they're upset/frustrated by certain things, they're much happier moving forward, because they felt like they were taken care of at the beginning.

Icing on the cake tho would be simply looking at the camera.. that’s like the elephant in the room, or in the video in this case.. also I had to say this.. your scripting is really good! Like for real I’m amazed at the video quality just remember.. lock your eyes on the camera lens and it goes from a good vid to a great vid 👌
