It is bcz the cross hair is in the centre of the screen while the person is little a bit on the left side of the crosshair. That's why we get more view on right and can easily peek from right but not the same for left due to bad position of the person from the centre....in other games like CODM u will see that the person is in almost centre while in pubg the person is in left of the screen
