I think that currently the mutilate cold storm is really underrated. I have the heroic version of reap and cold storm and the cold storm seems to out damage reap+ it has a MASSIVE AOE making it so that you can also use it to clear hoards of enemies and the freeze help you to easily escape a lot of attacks. (Fire version of armour break and multistrike still seems to do more damage)

i made a test on the buffed skills, one of them is the reap, i noticed the damage that is shown (for you its 6283% jinwoo at) is not applied correctly unless u do the counter attack, for me i have the heroic one (3500% jinwoo attack) it always deals about 50% of the bear hp bar floor 25 ( with no counter attack ), but i have other skills whose attack are ranged from 2000% to 2500% and it also deals about 50% of the bear, (same damage of the reap however it must be higher than those skills) (my crit rate was about 101% during the testing using plum + igris+ min A1) so i assume the "6283%" is applied when doing counter attack + the 1000% bonus one

yea I have already use this skill since last week, mainly for resetting shadow step, now its easier to shadow step the head its damage is yea kinda huge compare to other skill, and its only 10 sec cd lol
