Certainly! Here's a basic veg momos recipe for you:
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Water, as needed
For the filling:
1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, bell peppers, etc.)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil, for sautéing
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover it and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle (about 3-4 inches in diameter).
7. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each dough circle.
8. Start folding the edges of the dough circle towards the center, creating pleats and sealing the filling inside. You can create different shapes like half-moon or round momos.
9. Steam the momos in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes, until the dough becomes translucent.
10. Once cooked, serve the momos hot with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce, chili sauce, or a combination of both.
